This agreement aims to enhance the existing partnership between the two parties in areas of common interest, and aims to achieve the following:
Focus on human rights issues, advocate for victims, combat hate speech and racism, and strive to achieve social peace among societies.
Establish the principles of democracy, respect for others, and encourage conflict resolution through dialogue and sound methods.Develop and build the capacities of youth to play their main roles in educating societies, raising awareness of the values of peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others, combating violence, combating racism, and combating all forms of violence, especially violence against women and children.
