At the Aspec Hotel in Uganda, a workshop was organized, with the participation of 30 young men and women, on the process of peace building and dissemination.
During two exciting and interactive days, participants explored the concepts of conflict and understood the dynamics behind it. They learned how to analyze conflicts and identify effective responses to them, and discovered the power of active listening and building common ground to resolve differences.
