بيان تدشين حملة “حقوقنا محمية”

في ظل الأزمة الإنسانية المتفاقمة التي يشهدها السودان منذ اندلاع الحرب في 15 أبريل، وما زالت تُسجل فيها انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان، نعلن اليوم، في الأول من يناير 2025، عن انطلاق حملة “حقوقنا محمية”، وهي حملة وطنية تستمر حتى 15 يناير 2025، تهدف إلى حماية المدنيين السودانيين وضمان سلامتهم.
تُنفذ هذه الحملة بشراكة فاعلة بين عدد من منظمات المجتمع المدني الرائدة، وهي: منظمة مجتمع واحد للسلام والتنمية، والمنظمة الأفريقية للحقوق والتنمية، والمركز النوبي للسلام والديمقراطية، وشبكة الحالمون للإعلام وحقوق الإنسان، ومنظمة نوباتيا للتنمية المستدامة ومنظمة أسيل النسوية. نحن متحدون في هدفنا المشترك: حماية المدنيين الأبرياء من ويلات الحرب والعنف.
أهداف الحملة:
تتمحور أهداف حملة “حقوقنا محمية” حول المحاور التالية:
رفع الوعي المجتمعي: تسليط الضوء على أهمية حماية المدنيين وحقوق الإنسان في السودان، وتوعية الرأي العام المحلي والدولي بالانتهاكات التي يتعرضون لها.
تمكين النساء والشباب: تعزيز دورهم الفعال في نشر ثقافة السلام، وحماية حقوق الإنسان، والمشاركة في بناء مجتمع متماسك وسلمي.
إشراك المجتمع: حث الأفراد على المشاركة في العمل الإنساني، والتضامن مع المتضررين.
التواصل مع الجهات المعنية: إيصال أصوات المتضررين إلى المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، والضغط من أجل محاسبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات.
أنشطة الحملة:
ستعتمد الحملة على عدة أنشطة لتحقيق أهدافها، منها:
حملة إعلامية شاملة: ستشمل هذه الحملة إنتاج مواد إعلامية مرئية ومكتوبة، البوسترات، والإنفوجرافيك، والفيديوهات القصيرة والتقارير التفصيلية حول انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، وذلك باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
منتديات افتراضية : سيتم تنظيم سلسلة من المنتديات الافتراضية بمشاركة خبراء ومختصين، للتباحث في قضايا حماية المدنيين،
إصدار بيانات إدانة: ستصدر الحملة بيانات تدين الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها المدنيون، وتطالب بمحاسبة المسؤولين عنها.
آليات الاتصال:
ستعتمد الحملة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة للمنظمات الشريكة، بالإضافة إلى تعاونها مع صناع محتوى سودانيين وأجانب داعمين للقضية السودانية،٥ وذلك لنشر الرسائل الرئيسية للحملة، والتواصل مع منظمات المجتمع المدني السودانية والإقليمية والدولية، للمناصرة٥ وحشد الدعم.
ندعو جميع منظمات المجتمع المدني، والأفراد، ووسائل الإعلام إلى الانضمام إلينا في هذه الحملة، والمساهمة في حماية المدنيين٤ السودانيين، وإيصال صوتهم إلى العالم.

Launch Statement for the “Our Rights Are Protected” Campaign

Slogan: Protecting Civilians in Sudan
Amid the escalating humanitarian crisis in Sudan since the outbreak of war on April 15, which continues to record severe human rights violations, we are proud to announce today, January 1, 2025, the launch of the “Our Rights Are Protected” campaign. This national campaign, running until January 15, 2025, aims to protect Sudanese civilians and ensure their safety.
This campaign is implemented in active partnership with leading civil society organizations, including the One Community Organization for Peace and Development, African Organization for Rights and Development, the Nubian Center for Peace and Democracy, the Dreams Network for Media and Human Rights, Nubatia Organization for Sustainable Development, and Aseel Women Organization. We are united in our shared goal: protecting innocent civilians from the ravages of war and violence.
Campaign Objectives:
The “Our Rights Are Protected” campaign focuses on the following objectives:
1. Raising community awareness: Highlighting the importance of protecting civilians and human rights in Sudan while educating local and international public opinion about the violations they face.
2. Empowering women and youth: Strengthening their active roles in promoting a culture of peace, protecting human rights, and participating in building a cohesive and peaceful society.
3. Community engagement: Encouraging individuals to participate in humanitarian work and show solidarity with affected populations.
4. Engaging relevant stakeholders: Amplifying the voices of affected individuals to reach international and regional organizations and advocating for accountability for the perpetrators of violations.
Campaign Activities:
To achieve its goals, the campaign will implement several activities, including:
1. Comprehensive media campaign: This will include producing visual and written media materials, such as posters, infographics, short videos, and detailed reports on human rights violations, in both Arabic and English.
2. Virtual forums: A series of virtual forums with experts and specialists to discuss issues related to civilian protection.
3. Issuing condemnation statements: The campaign will release statements condemning violations against civilians and demanding accountability for those responsible.
Communication Mechanisms:
The campaign will rely on the social media platforms of the partner organizations and collaborate with Sudanese and international content creators who support the Sudanese cause. These platforms will help disseminate the campaign’s key messages and connect with Sudanese, regional, and global civil society organizations for advocacy and support mobilization.
We call on all civil society organizations, individuals, and media outlets to join us in this campaign and contribute to protecting Sudanese civilians and amplifying their voices to the world.
